This impressive table lamp was designed by Niels Rasmussen Thykier in the 1950s for Fog & Mørup in Denmark.
This lamp has a name "Kongelys" which stands for "The Royal Light" of this lamp.
- Made of solid brass, with originally with a plastic shade, this was replaced by our lampshade maker with a new authentic looking lampshade in the original dimensions.
Very good vintage condition with a beautiful patina on the brass. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
