AJ wall lamp by Arne Jacobsen for Louis Poulsen in white. This luminaire diffuses a light directed downwards. Shade angle and rotation can be adjusted to optimize light distribution. The lampshade is painted white on the inside to ensure a soft and comfortable light. The wall plate includes a switch.

In 1927, Arne Jacobsen graduated as an architect from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. After graduating, he landed his first job at the City Architect's office in Copenhagen and set up his own office two years later. Arne Jacobsen is a world-renowned Danish modernist architect and designer. Over the years, he has ventured into various fields related to his work, such as lighting, furniture, cutlery, door handles, sanitary ware, fabrics and wallpaper designs. The Egg and the Swan are two famous chairs designed by Jacobsen.
