This is an original, hand-painted vintage (possibly antique) painting of women and children in a park in London, most likely Hyde Park based on the chairs. It's in an impression manner with some raised details on the smaller figures. It has browns, greens, and reds, with oil paint on a board. It is in a brand new gold solid-wood frame. It is not signed
