A beautiful 19th century Georgian slant front mahogany secretary bookcase with excellent patina. The upper cabinet has a classical cove cornice, geometric glazed glass doors and three adjustable shelves. The lower chest has a fall-front writing surface, interiors cubby-holes, five graduated drawers, original brass hardware and bracket feet. The secretary was sourced from a lovely estate along the shoreline of the Long Island Sound.
