This wonderful painting was … Read more Mid 20th Century Oil on Board “Wine and Fruit Still Life Study” by Artist M. Woodman. This wonderful painting was done in 1968. The scene show a glass bottle carafe of red wine on a blue gray table with a bunch of green grapes and two limes resting to the right of the bottle. The Artist signed and dated the painting in the bottom right hand corner.

The Painting and Frame are in very good vintage condition. The Gray Painted Frame has a very few minor scuffs as a result of age and normal use. The backing paper has a couple of small holes in it as seen in the photos.

This painting would enhance a bar, library, office or dining room. It would go well with a Traditional, English Country, or Midcentury Modern decor.

The Framed painting measures 22 1/2” Tall x 18” Wide x 2 5/8” Deep. The Painting measures 17 1/2” Tall x 13 5/8” Wide.
