This was used to secure a horse and buggy. Upon arrival it was moved from the carriage to the ground and used to tie up the horses. Very heavy weight. Measures 9 1/8" x 6" x 6 1/2" tall. The thick ring moves freely within its collar. Old painted surface. The construction of this piece is reminiscent of the rings along the Seine used to tether boats. Good condition. See less
