This is a vintage mid 20th Century "Fat Lava" glazed ceramic bowl made in West Germany by Scheurich Keramik. It is navy blue with a vivid gradient red splatter in the center and the pattern in marked 3030/21 on the bottom.
The bowl measures approximately 8 1/4" in diameter and 2 1/4" in height.
