Large footed ewer measures 10" tall x 6 3/4" across over handle and spout x 4 1/2" diameter. Hand painted in Famille Rose palette with flowers, a sweeping relief-moulded rocaille, smaller hand-painted rocaille and scales border. This border, together with the handle bear the original gilding. Good condition with only a short vertical hairline on one side which is just visible from the inside and does not travel to the rim. Displays beautifully and fully functional. See less
