Frederick Wong (American, b. 1929-2019), "Winter Camp", 1965, watercolor and gouache on Masa paper, signed "Frederick Wong" at lower right, with Chinese characters (name and date) and seal mark on left side.
Frederick Wong received both his BFA and MA degrees from the University of New Mexico. He taught at Brooklyn Pratt Institute, Hofstra University and at The Art Students League of New York. The author of "Oriental Watercolor Techniques – For Contemporary Painting” and "The Complete Calligrapher", he was listed in “Who’s Who in American Art” from 1966 to his passing.

Mr. Wong’s paintings have been exhibited by, among many, The Oklahoma Museum of Art; The Philbrook Art Center, Tulsa; The Corcoran Gallery, Washington D.C.; Fairleigh Dickinson University; Lehigh University; Hofstra University. He has also had many solo exhibitions at Alisan Fine Arts, Hong Kong; Genkan Gallery, Tokyo; Jones Gallery, LaJolla; Malton Galleries, Cincinnati; Kenmore Galleries, Philadelphia; Silvermine Guild, CT; Young and Rubicam, NY; Sun Yat Sen University, Guangdong Province, China, and Sarah Lawrence College, NY. His paintings can be found in numerous corporate and private collections, including The New York Times, Siemens Corp., The Roy Neuberger Collection, U.S. Summit, American Express.
A signature member of The American Watercolor Society he served on its Board, on the Jury of Selection and on the Jury of Awards. He was a Life Member of the AWS as well as a Dolphin fellow. He was also a signature member of the Allied Artists of America. Mr. Wong received numerous awards, among them, from the National Arts Club, Butler Institute, Silvermine Guild, Mainstream, Marietta College, Grumbacher, Artists in Action in Hawaii, and most recently, the AWS Mario Cooper and Dale Meyers Award.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations
