"Encroachment" is a large abstract painting that captures the essence of the Brooklyn Bridge in a unique way. The neutral color palette adds a sense of timelessness and allows the viewer to focus on the abstract elements and emotions evoked by the artwork. This painting was inspired by the Empire Fulton Ferry Lawn. As the cities encroach on the natural environment it reminds us of its importance and was also inspired by the Brooklyn Bridge in New York City.
47x58 inches this large vertical painting is neutral in color with some greens and grays. There are additional marks using sketching materials, archival inks and graphite and oil pastel.
The painting is signed on the front and back and coated with a UV semi-gloss varnish for protection and light luster, wired on the back and ready to hang.
Michele Zuzalek is a contemporary abstract and landscape painter living and working in Santa Barbara California and Washington DC. She is a graduate of Art Center College of Design. Her work is widely collected both nationally and internationally.

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller

Cancellations
- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
