The group was created in 1840 by bringing together these two factories. Society becomes the earthenwareries of Creil and Montereau under the name Lebeuf, Milliet and Cie (L.M et Cie), until 1876. It was during this period that the proposed article was marketed.
This pair of fine earthenware vases on a blue background, with good height and identical decorations, has a short shallow grip, embellished with slightly relief scales.
The very long, flared pass, is adorned on its faces of beautiful nymphs.
We find on the sides two mid-angel characters half-sirène in the lower part as well as two heads of mythical animals as an handles.
The whole rests on a pedestal.
These vases will seduce with their dimensions and ornaments.
