Created in Japan during the Taisho period which ran from 1912 to 1926, this small coffee table features a rectangular top with textured effects and rounded corners, sitting above a carved apron. The table is raised on four short splaying legs whose out-curving lines respond and contrast with the apron's design beautifully. It showcases a red lacquer complimenting the simple yet elegant lines.
