Created in China during the Qing Dynasty in the 19th century, this side cabinet features a dark reddish brown finish complimenting the lines beautifully. The piece features a rectangular top with central slightly raised board and nicely distressed patina, sitting above an open shelf surrounded by a fretwork décor. A pair of double doors below, fitted with a traditional brass medallion lock, open to reveal a small storage area. The cabinet is raised on four straight feet connected to one another through a carved apron in the front. The sides showcase recessed panels and the back is simply planked.
