After World War II the region became East Germany and was ruled by Communists from the 1950s to the 1980s. During the late 1960s and 1970s a hand applied lava glaze was added. The company closed in 1989. This Strehla vase has an ink stamped “Strehla” within a triangle shape and a model number impressed to the base. See less
