Very nice Mid-Century Murano candle stand of the Italian Muranoglas Manufaktur Barovier & Toso.
The candle light is covered on the inside with the gold increment typical of Barovier & Toso.
The candlestick has a round 6 radiant shape in which the candle spout fades out of the valley.
The stand area is shiplapped and polished. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
