Early 1900s handcrafted splint oak basket. Lovingly hand painted with folk art designs on the bent oak support bands. Wood handle and reinforced wood bottom. Originally created for gathering apples. Now a great organizational accessory with historical charm.
The large apple basket measures 15 inches in diameter and 10 1/2 inches deep.
