How to sum up our love for baskets in a few lines… They are an integral part of our decor and we love them as much for their history as for their practicality! In the children's room, they allow them to easily access their toys and sort them: doll clothes in one, wooden toys in the other, musical instruments\. As for us, we admire them near the stove, nice wood baskets! But the jobs are multiple and evolve according to the needs. Only one thing remains: our passion for baskets\. and these were originally intended for transporting and storing vegetables in the cellars of the 1950s.
The baskets are old and date from the 1950s. They are made of metal and were used to store potatoes in cellars. They are in very good condition, very little deformed and show only rare traces of oxidation. Two handles make it easy to move them.
