Very fine hand-painted daffodils with gold dust over the body. The neck and foot are detailed in gilt prunus patterns. Please note the extremely fine wooden base made to support the lamp, extended pattern, and colors of the jar. The original finial was removed and made into the companion lamp finial. The size is 17" tall to the cap of the lamp. The diameter is 10" at the widest shoulder point. The socket is working and standard Edison with an on/off switch. Age cracks and old repairs are present on the cap and showing on the side, see detailed photos, and more photos are available on request. Age-appropriate condition. The jar is circa 1880-90s'.
