The raised center edge has a gold rim and a raised cloisonné teal blue background with gold scrolling vines. Parrots (or red-headed birds) sit on flowering branches and a flowering garden adorns the opposite side. Maker’s mark to the underside. A lovely table piece that could also be used as a low vase.
