A pair of 1930's vintage French wire mesh oyster baskets, each with two wire folding handles.
Original unrestored condition replete with a unique water induced patina and the original colored paint on the top rim used to identify the owner, rare to find. French oyster farmers used the baskets to gather oysters. Would be fun holding books or toys in a nursery or playroom or full of wood cutting boards, dishes, fruit, or the like on a kitchen countertop or in a pantry.
