  • "Karyn S.: How can we make that happen? I don't want to violate Chairish rules and if you are close by I want you to be able to see the items. Michael~"

  • "Michael H.: Yes, I would like to come & see them. Thanks."

  • "Hi Karyn, We have a TON of stuff right now not listed. I am trying to get it on Chairish as fast as possible. I do have a great upholstery lady who is local as well. The base is covered with the same fabric. Let me know if you want to come by and see them. We would have to do the transaction through chairish just to keep things on the up and up. The swivel mechanism should be an easy fix, maybe 15/20 min. Michael"

  • "Hello, Michael H.,Can you please tell me about the base of the chairs; what are they made of & in what condition are they? Also, how difficult is it to replace the swivel mechanism. And, do you have any estimate on how much yardage is needed to reupholster each chair? I am local & would be interested in seeing other items you may have available. Thanks for your help. Karyn"

  • "Michael H.: I want to give you a heads up as soon as possible. I have requested that Chairish cancel the order prior to pickup. The chairs are nice but without a true way of verifying the authenticity, I have to pass. I apologize but when I first read the details, I interpreted the description as meaning only one of the chairs was missing the label. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience. Beth"

  • "Beth B.: Hi Beth. I get most of my inventory from a 1st dibs dealer. He gives me his overflow when his warehouse stacks up. This time he sent me all Thayer Coggin, A shipment he purchased a while back & never had the time to list. The chairs are awesome. Unfortunately my storage is stacking up as well so, it was time for me to part with them. I wanted to keep them but have no room. He called me last week and I am picking up a fresh shipment of credenzas hence the lower price on the chairs. Hope this helps"

  • "Michael, I purchased the chairs and am excited about their pending shipment and arrival. However, before they are picked up I need to confirm that they are authentic TCs. Is the label missing on both chairs? Because of reupholstery in the past? If both labels are missing, how did you confirm authenticity. I know nothing about other ways that is done but I am guessing collectors/dealers/ you do. :). Thanks for your consideration and help."

  • "Thank you Michael. Good luck in your season. I needed to act quickly! Next time. Best kate Michael H.:"

  • "Kate T.: The label has been removed unfortunately. I can get you seat height and depth as you requested if you would like. I apoligize for the delay. I work in professional baseball as a coach and this is a busy time of year for us making a push for the playoffs. Please let me know if you are still interested and I will get measurements for you. Yes I would split the pair up if that is so desired for you. Michael~"

    Sept. 3, 2017, 12:53 p.m.

  • "Is there a Milo label? Do you have seat height and inside depth? Would you sell one?"

    Sept. 2, 2017, 12:27 p.m.

  • "Adele L.: Hi Adele, I would say they are a golden tan. I can send you a close up picture tomorrow if you would like. These reupholstered in a nice textile would look stunning. I'll get a closer picture for you tomorrow. Mike"

    Aug. 5, 2017, 9:30 p.m.

  • "Hi - Wondering what color you would describe these as? Deep ochre? Golden tan? Would like to eventually reupholster - just not immediately. Thanks, Adele"

    Aug. 5, 2017, 12:24 p.m.

  • "Linda B.: Hello Linda, I would seperate this set and make sure you get the best one. Please let me know if you would like to proceed. Sincerely, Michael"

    Aug. 1, 2017, 6:56 a.m.

  • "Hello Would you consider selling one of the two? Thank you"

    July 31, 2017, 5:55 a.m.

  • "Hi! Are these labeled ? Or are they "in the style of" Milo Baughman. Thanks, Jane"

    May 25, 2017, 10:31 a.m.

  • "Olga D.: The chairs are about 70 pounds each. Let me know if you have any other questions. Mike"

    May 3, 2017, 2:18 p.m.

  • "Hello! Can you please write the weight of the chairs? Thank you!"

    May 2, 2017, 2:06 p.m.

  • "Please, what is the seat height?"

    Feb. 25, 2017, 11:43 a.m.

  • "Hi Charles, You can definitely use them for a while without replacing the fabric. The discoloring would be on the underside/backside of the cushion so you won't see it for the most part. Other than that the upholstery is in good shape. Free from tears or rips. The chairs really are pretty sweet. They are perfect for new custom upholstery down the road. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day! Michael~"

  • "Good Morning, The upholstery, would you say it is in good condition, with the exception of the discolored spots? How noticeable are the spots with the cushions in place? I would like to have them recovered later on , but was wondering if I could get away with not doing so immediately. Thanks, Charles"
