Japanese silk scroll of Fish basket Kannon, Gyoran Kanzeon Bosatsu or Bodhisattva (魚藍観世音菩薩), seated on a rocky shore with a mandorla, her hair tied in a Chinese style topknot (唐様). Signed with two seal marks. Colored inks on silk mounted on gold silk brocade nakamawashi, gold silk brocade ten and ji, with white silk and gold thread brocade ichimonji and futai. From the Estate of Matsushita. Circa early 20th century, no later than mid century.
