Condition Report
The upholstery has no stains or other notable damage but one of the armchairs is missing the upholstery (as shown) so you could use a coordinated solid color on it to match the other chairs or reupholster both the armchairs in the same fabric. There is some wear to the finish mostly on the sides of the arms and on the top backs on some of the chairs.
