We are delighted to offer this suite of three original fully stamped Mundus Vienna Austria, bentwood high back chairs. A very good looking well made suite dating to circa 1920. They are bentwood much the same as Thonet and extremely comfortable. The are a rare shape and size, taller than a normal chair and with a higher back rest, they look to be a low bar stool to me. The seats are all original, two are the same and nicely engraved, the third has riveted holes from new, someone must have had a hot bottom! Condition wise, they have been cleaned waxed and polished from top to bottom and are in ready to go condition. Dimensions Height:- 94.5cm Width:- 33cm Depth:- 41cm Seat height:- 57cm. Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point. This item is available for collection from our Pulborough warehouses. Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description pertaining to the condition. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
