It is the middle of summer and a strong southerly kicks up the sea so that it pounds against the shore. On a balmy, moonlit night in July, spray fills the air and a silvery reflection bounces off the water. Using a very limited palette of Cerulean, Payne’s Grey and Viridian, Penny creates all the action of the sea at night.
