They were made by the English company, J. Sankey and Sons, and date to around 1910. The textured reptilian design covers the body of each pitcher, and the top and handle are plain brass. The older one is identified by the Neptune mark on the bottom (see picture 11). The newer one has the initials of the maker, J.S.&S. Both of them have the number 3 on the bottom, which refers to the number of pints they can hold. These are antique items and are not in perfect condition, showing expected signs of wear. They have been cleaned and polished and are ready to accessorize your home!

Each pitcher measures 10.75" in height and 5.75" in diameter at the base. From the spout to the handle measures 6.5". See less
