This scene titled "Autumnal Light" is from a series depicting various areas discovered where the artist resides in Washington state. There are only a few left within this 2006 series.

Initially, the subject of a cottage with changing sunlight as an autumn day sinks into shadow was sketched from nature, then painted in the studio using acrylic paints in varying color palettes on clay board.

The signature is on the front and back. Other pertinent information and care instructions are on the back of the painting.

Exclusive for this painting, a wooden (hemlock) frame was hand-built, painted, and varnished in the studio. Frame dimensions are 14.75 W x 14.75 H x 1 D. Image dimensions: 12 W x 0.25D x 12H. Ready to hang. Will not flex or warp.

Frame professionally sprayed with clear matte varnish providing a smooth protective finish.

Item will be carefully wrapped and boxed for safe passage to your home. See less
