This exquisite painting titled "Paradise" imbues the Chinoiserie ornamentalist style.

Inspired by ancient Mughal miniature art and Chinoiserie porcelain china, the painting lends a playfulness with highly-detailed mirrored imagery featuring peahens, birds in flight, pagodas, palms, and meandering florals. Subject painted with matte flashe (gouache-like) medium in varying muted hues of blues, including white, black, and gold metallic. Timeless in conception!

Exclusively for this painting, a wooden (hemlock) frame was hand-built, painted, and varnished in the studio. Frame dimensions are 31.25" W x 1.75" D x 27.25" H. Image dimensions: 28"W x 1" D x 24"H on cradled board. Ready to hang! Note: the back of the frame has heavy-strength D hooks that prevent shifting, unlike picture frame wire. If preferred, a wire can be installed onto the hooks before shipment.

Painting and frame professionally sprayed with clear matte varnish providing a smooth protective finish.
