A stunning and rare Japanese Vase featuring a depiction on both sides, on 1 there is a beautiful bird in a flowering tree and on the other there is a palace surrounded by trees and mountains.
The piece is made from Porcelain and seems to be quite old as shown by the degree of degradation in certain parts of the finish, but despite that the piece remains in generally good condition.

On the sides (separating the 2 depictions) you can see degradation of the pattern, as well as towards the top and bottom of the piece. Additionally, it seems like there was originally some sort of Maker's Mark on the bottom, but it has degraded to the point of being illegible (in the light you can still see remnants of the gilded outline) less
