An excellent First Edition period offset lithograph, print, after painting "Nature Morte. Tulipes et Huîtres" (Still life. Tulips and Oysters, 1943) by Henri Matisse. Comes from a rare First Limited Edition folio, published by Editions Du Chene in Paris, France in 1946. Edition N282 of 1000. Signed in the print (printed): "2/43 Henri Matisse". Printed on one side. Information regarding the original artwork, in French, will be found by lifting the piece. Numbered "XV" in the lower right corner. Excellent condition - minor edge wear on the board, never framed. Our last copy.
