Wegner in 1949 for johannes hansen in denmark. The offered set of 4 in teak and leather is a very early version from the 1950s. The chairs have been completely restored and are therefore in very nice condition. A fine patina and small traces of use on the wood were deliberately preserved. One armchair had a fine crack in the rear cross brace (picture 15), but this has been re-glued and is only visible when looking very closely. Another armchair had a small flaw repaired on the underside of the backrest (image 16), but this is also barely visible. Both spots are only visible when you know and do not affect the stability of the chair in any way.
a very rare set of four danish design classics in wonderful condition. Completely restored. Light patina and some small traces of use of time on the wood. this piece has an attribution mark,
