At this time, all purchases will be shipped from Lisbon, Portugal (EU). For now, all shipments to the United States will be sent via an International Standard Shipping Service and will be charged a flat rate of $49. The company responsible for the shipping will be CTT, the National Portuguese shipping company. CTT has an agreement with the United States Postal Service (USPS), so the handling/delivery of packages will be made by the USPS, and packages can be tracked using their website. On average, shipping to the US takes between 8-12 days. A link to the website and a tracking code will be provided after purchase. less

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.
- Once shipping or pickup has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
