He made … Read more Henri Deville was a french architect, painter and engraver (1871-1939) friend of my maternal Grand Father Emile France-Lanord. He made several trips to New York prior to 1914 and did this gravure in 1912 from a drawing he made from the same year. It was printed in an edition of 25 and this is print #12. The engraving plate is signed and dated by the artist and the print is also signed and numbered in pencil at the bottom of the print. The print itself is 9.25" tall by 7.5" wide and framed in a 16.5" x 12.25" frame with glass. See less
