This is a truly wonderful old English Fireplace Footman. Back in the day this would have sat in front of a roaring fire and one would put their kettles etc on it. Made from cast brass and iron it has Cabriole legs. It would be perfect for someone furnishing a home, who loves the craft, style and magnificence of Victorian pieces.

Examine all the pictures closely. Zoom in & out to get a good sense of it's exact condition: a picture tells a thousand words. The left front corner is secure but loose (see pic #9). That corner raises slightly a few millimeters (due to what appears to be a missing screw). It is still very sturdy and its structure / functionality is not compromised at all. Examine all the photos.
