This really is a Beautifully Made Vintage American Decorative Duck Decoy. Life Size. Circa Late 20th Century. The Style - Design and Pose is Very Graceful. The Bottom is Signed by the Maker "French Broad River Decoy Company" of North Carolina ( No Longer in Business ). It is Very Well Executed - Completely Hand Made - Hand Carved out of Solid Wood that Appears to be American Chestnut. It has Fine Hand Painted Features and the Head is set with Glass Eyes. It is in Very Nice Original Condition - Displays Beautifully. One of the Glass Eyes has Some Inclusions.
It measures 7 inches Tall x 14 3/4 inches Long x Body is 6 inches Wide.
