Leading down to the sandy beach below, the wooden stairs at the right of this Eve Nethercott print appear almost as if they are a part of the natural landscape. With distinct lines in the wood visible, the stairs appear worn yet sturdy, holding firm against the abrasive salt wind that sprays over the beach.
