All of our carpets are cleaned in a professional carpet laundry. The first step of cleaning is the thorough knocking of the carpet to remove dust and, if necessary, mites. The subsequent prime was removed with a pH-neutral soap. During the main wash, the carpet is washed through and through wet - a special soap protects the fibers and receives the natural wool fat of the carpets.
