Antique French carved solid oak Gothic sacristy vestry altar wine bar cabinet. In the 18th and 19th century Europe, sacristy or vestment cabinets with used to store liturgical garments, robes, wine and other articles associated primarily with the Christian religion.
The cabinet is finely detailed with hand-carved figures set on pedestals and cornucopias on each door. Includes a single shelf behind the cabinet doors and 2 storage drawers. Set on rams' heads and hoof legs.
