One might almost call it a landscape in extreme closeup. Above the skull and just below a cactus the painter has noticed ants going in and out of their colony. This is really a wonderful work, with its daring composition allied to an extraordinary attention to detail.
Art measures 24 1/2" x 24", frame 26 1/2" x 26". We have not been able to decipher the signature.
