The Old Man is an original drawing in pencil realized in 1913 by Bernard Bécan (1890-1943), applied on a White Passepartout. Hand-Signed and dated on the rear with the stamp of collection. In good condition. The artwork is depicted through deft and delicate strokes, fast and simple pencil strokes in a minimalistic manner represent the mastery of the French artist. Prov. Collection Gunnar W. Lundberg (stamp on rear). This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
