Adorable miniature Spode Copeland fine bone china teacup and saucer in Gloucester pink with gilded trim. Hand-painted floral pattern--three on the saucer, two on the cup and one inside the cup--one of Spode's earliest patterns. These miniatures were made of the same bone china and in proportion to the full-sized pieces. Based on the mark, this dates to the 1960s.
Together the cup and saucer measure just 2 1/2" w x 2 1/2" d x 1" h. Marked Spode Copeland's China England on the bottom of each piece, along with the pattern number 13.
