A very fine antique Vienna style porcelain cabinet plate.
Entitled "Eingeheimer Auftrag", which translates in English as "A Secret Assignment".
Depicted in the central cartouche is an image of a young woman being attended to by a cherub/putti. The woman is seated at the edge of a garden and appears to be making a request of the cherub who is leisurely perched on the rail fence with a pensive look.
Signed to the lower right 'H. Zutzka'.
The rim of the bowl is richly decorated with two-toned raised gold decoration and gold jeweling on a light blue to turquoise ground.

Overall Condition:
It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
Condition Details:
There are some tiny spots of loss to the gold jeweling here & there and some minor rubbing to the gilding. There are a few noticeable scratches in the left side of the center of the plate, and a small firing flaw at the top of the scene that's painted over with a leaf. Otherwise, there are some very fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
