This painting, which should also be considered a sculpture, is a geometric abstraction made up of multiple panels wood that are nailed together to present as as a single piece. The assembled structure is convex - bumping out 3.5” off the wall at the center from top to bottom. The sides touch the wall, but project 1.75”, as that is the thickness of the materials making of the artwork.
