We are selling this exceptional Federal style sofa. This fantastic looking couch has stylish Federal design with exceptional quality cast bronze Ram's head feet with bronze casters. The sofa is carved in the style of Duncan Phyfe of New York but we saw similar bronze feet on a fine table that sold for a significant sum at Christies or Sotheby's. This couch has an old professional repair to the back left foot.
Condition: Good antique condition with general wear to the upholstery and wood. Old professional repair to the rear back leg as well as weird brown stain on the back from in the estate it came from.
