This is just a great original piece. I was not familiar with Howard Bond when I first saw these but just recognized the absolute quality of these images. They reminded me very much of the work of Ansel Adams and John Sexton. Researching Bond, I realized that he was actually a student of Adams himself. For those not familiar with the artist, I have included his biography below. A stunning view with the photograph measuring 13 x 9 3/4 inches. Photo is on original mount that measures 20 x 16 inches. Signed in pencil on the mount just below the image lower right. Really a stunning example in perfect as printed condition. On the back of the mount is the title as well as all the details of the photograph and the limited edition. Really just an outstanding complete package.
For those not familiar with the artist his biography from a gallery that sells the artist's work reads: "Howard Bond began photographing in 1945 and turned to fine art in the 1960s, increasing to full time by 1979. He has had over 60 one-man exhibitions and 40 group exhibitions, mostly in museums and galleries. His photographs are in the collections of more than 35 museums in the United States and Europe. The Michigan Council for the Arts awarded him a Creative Artist Grant in 1985, the year in which he wrote the first of 100 articles for Photo Techniques magazine. His educational activities also include teaching workshops that have been attended by over 2000 photographers from 5 continents. He has published 2 books and 23 limited edition portfolios of prints. Bond's photographs are made with conventional materials, rather than digitally, using large cameras that take individual sheets of film, 5"x7", 8"x10", or 11"x14". He practices the Modernist style of straight photographs pioneered in the 1930s by Group f64, which included his principal teacher, Ansel Adams."

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations

- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.

- Chairish In-Home Delivery
