Italian mid-century yellow footstools Locus Solus by Gae Aulenti for Poltronova, 1960s
Footrest from the series Locus Solus in yellow painted metal. The rectangular top is perforated. The structure is in tubular. Produced by Poltronova in 1960s and designed by Gae Aulenti. Very good conditions, with only a slight mark on one leg. Repainted. Measurements in cm 57 x 55.5 x 41 H. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
