Named after its decorator Edouard Dammouse, who created a watercolour for Haviland around 1880, Dammouse was inspired by Japanese prints and silks. A renowned engraver and watercolourist, Edouard Dammouse joined the atelier of Auteuil alongside Félix Braquemond. The traditionally white Limoges porcelain used is given a unique pale blue hue in this rich and storied pattern, layering with the darker blue leaves and flowers. The touches of gold accentuates the motif and reveals a precious and fine aspect. Handmade and decorated in France. The pattern features a reproduction of Edouard Dammouse's 19th century floral pattern, hand painted in navy, pink, and gold. Delicate pink and green floral center and gold trim.
