A lovely Antique oil painting framed behind glass. The painting features a river winding thru the countryside with mountains in the background. There is no date or noticeable signature on the art. There is a tag on the back of the frame from the framer stating it was framed by WILLS Carver Fidler and picture frame maker. Photographic and Art Emporium 20 22 28 Morgan Arcade Cardiff Wales. The Morgan Arcade opened in the mid 1800's featuring many artist. The frame is very heavy but has significant damage as noted in photos.
