Balancing traditional design elements with rustic sensibility and nostalgic charm, this hand knotted wool distressed antique Persian Bakhtiari runner can beautifully blend modern, traditional, rustic, and contemporary interiors. The lovingly time-worn field beautifully displays a four seasons garden panel design. A variety of Persian flowers, floral sprigs, palmettes, and tree of life motifs are strategically placed in a cusped compartmental field. It is finished with a leaf and calyx style (wine glass) border flanked with an inner and outer running dog guard band also known as a vitruvian scroll.
