No loose or missing pieces. There is a patina from tarnish and it has an unaltered finish. It could be polished easily if you prefer a bright and shiny brass. It could be used as a plant holder, floral arrangement, hand towels, or ornaments.
Measures approximately: 11 1/2” height (including handle), 7 1/2” height (basket), 7” across the top, 5 1/2” across bottom.
